Oh the conundrum of Sunday naps. A time to rest and relax. But how long? If it’s 20 minutes, is that long enough? If you take an hour or longer nap, do you wind up staying up later than normal.
Sunday’s are a good day to rest and relax. And naps are a good way to catch up on that rest that may have escaped us this past week.
And I am thankful for them.
